I spent 20 years building world-class products and teams. Long enough to learn what it actually takes: a vision worth chasing, and the clear-eyed honesty to stop defending the present. I help leaders hold both.
The hardest part is rarely the vision. It’s letting go of what worked before — I know, because leaving all of that success to become a coach was one of the hardest and best decisions I’ve made.
